I put in a loan application and spoke with Nicole. Within 2 days I had approval and an apt to pick up my new vehicle. The whole experience was great from start to finish. He immediately responded, we shared information and then got together to close the deal. There was no pressure and we received a fair price. Nicole then got involved and explained additional warranty and insurance options, never felt pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. Nicole even saved me money with a financing option. Picked up the car and Justin explained some the controls and features. All in all a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Kia! More

After being told we would be buying the week after, he kept trying to get us to sign (that moment) an agreement to purchase and accept pricing as offered. After being told no, he got his manager who although miles better didn't really do anything but say why their dealership is so "Great". After giving a review else where, they became argumentative on Facebook about the process despite dealing with both my spouse and myself More
