I would just like to say what a pleasurable experience it was to have such a knowledgeable and upbeat salesperson as Eric. This is the second lease I have done with Andy Chan and I can say he made it very easy and enjoyable to complete the transactions. Servicing the car has always been easy and turn around time quite acceptable can say he made it very easy and enjoyable to complete the transactions. The only issue I had with my present lease was vehicle color choice as the recent earthquake and tsumani in Japan halted availablity several months early. My husband went to the dealership, after consulting with our mechanic,which car he would recommend. He knew we wanted to downsize and get a more economical car. Brendan was sincere, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. On our next visit Brendan took us for a test drive. We loved the way the car handled and decided to get one.
