He answered as many questions as possible over e-mail and even when our conversation went after-hours he continued to respond quickly and succinctly. At the dealership itself he was very friendly and did his best to showcase all the positives and negatives of several levels of vehicles, not simply focussing on the most expensive. This really helped to make my decision easier as I had valid points of comparison on multiple levels to help determine what was valuable to me and what was not.
