I found this experience at this dealership to be very delightful, all the employees were very polite especially Eric and Michael. With out these 2 I wouldn't be getting a car. Being a woman, it can be quite intimadating walking into a car dealership. i didn't get that feeling at all. What i liked the most was Erwin was NOT PUSHY(a real turnoff). It felt very special when i picked up my new honda crv, it was on the salesroom floor with a giant bow and ballons on it. Erwin was prepared, even with a camera to capture the delivery of my car. He again went over the vehicle with me. He introduced me to the GM, Paul, and also to people in the service area. Erwin seemed genuinely happy for me. Overall it turned out to be a great experience. I wanted to offer some feedback regarding the Gentlemen names above as someone who stood out on our recent visit to Wpg Honda. Although we will not be purchasing a Honda for reasons of affordability and sp names above as someone who stood out on our recent visit to Wpg Honda. Although we will not be purchasing a Honda for reasons of affordability and special interest options elsewhere it is important to recognize people. Erwin saw us coming in at roughly 8:00 PM the evening of our visit and not only did he show us the car we intended to view (Civic) along with a thourough presentation, he also introduced us to the Fit including bthe same presentation and a test drive which took him past the 9:00 closing time. The significance of this was his genuine desire to servic us and unlike many associates who would be watching the clock this Guy was energetic and motivated to please his customer over jumping out on us at closing time. I am a busy Guy who is in the service industry taking the time to hopefully make a small differece here so someone within your organization can use this as an exemplary example of how customer should be treated. My wife and I recently leased a vehicle from Winnipeg Honda and we can honestly state that it was by far the best experience we have ever had dealing with an automobile dealership. The entire staff an Honda and we can honestly state that it was by far the best experience we have ever had dealing with an automobile dealership. The entire staff and in particular our sales associate, Eric Alsop exceeded our expectations and quite frankly bent over backwards to provid us with what we know to be the best possible deal on our lease. Without even asking he and his associates simplified the whole experience by not making us feel that it was necessary to have to enter into the "usual" cumbersome and awkward negotiation process. This is the first time we have ever left a Dealership truely believing the the transaction was a win/win situation for all involved. If you are interested in a Honda product, we stronly recommend that you visit Winnipeg Honda and ask to see Eric Alsop. You won't be sorry. Although we have not yet had to use the Service Department, I can only assume that they too will provide the same great service. More
