The experience at Winnipeg Honda was fabulous. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we felt that the sales staff (in particular, Eric) was going to work hard to meet our needs. We were immediately greeted upon entering the dealership - a little thing that we truly appreciate and then led to Eric's desk. From this moment on, we were listened to, understood, and recognized as actual "people" and not merely customers. Again, a feeling that we appreciate - and that you don't readily find at all dealerships! Eric's efforts to find us a car that met our needs and was within the budget we presented during our first meeting were not lost. Within a few weeks I had news that my new car was arriving, and even though the edition I wanted did not come with all the options I had requested, the dealership (and Eric) were working hard to add in the extras as quickly as possible...which turned out to be the next day! Such fabulous attention, caring sales staff and beautiful attitudes are, sadly, not defaults in the customer service industry these days, but you will definitely find these attributes at Winnipeg Honda...and most certainly if you are fortunate enough to work with Eric.
