This was the first car my fiance and I have purchased from a car dealership. We did our homework and shopped around and Winnipeg Honda was without a doubt the best dealership we dealt with. We live out of town so I had to chat with James Cracknell over the phone many times before we visited the dealership. He was very informative, friendly, and passionate about his work. He seemed like a very genuine person. He asked a lot of questions, was interested in what we had to say and was very easy to talk to. The test drive went great, James knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. Afterwards he offered us beverages and made us feel very comfortable. We then dealt with Elvis Balkissoon, the business manager, who went over all the financing and technical things. He was very funny, kept things light and didn't make us feel intimidated. Once we signed all the papers and everything was done, James went above and beyond what a salesman needs to do and bought us a congratulatory cake knowing this was a big year for us (this was our first car together and we were getting married very soon). To make sure we didn't feel out of place the next time we would visit, he called all the Winnipeg Honda staff over to introduce us. They also congratulated us on our new vehicle and our upcoming wedding. James, Elvis and the Winnipeg Honda staff gave us the best customer service we've ever received. To be honest, a big fear of mine was being taken advantage of because I’m a female buying my first new vehicle. But, at no time did I ever feel uncomfortable or forced into anything. He was very apologetic and left us in the hands of Dave Zulak to take care of us and our situation. Dave Zulak was fantastic to work with, and meet all of our needs and expectations in terms of compensation for our previous vehicle, and fitting us into a new 2013 Odyssey. Dave Zulak and Judy Zulak were both a pleasure to deal with, offering exceptional customer service skills, making sure we were left completely satisfied. They were both very customer orientated and personable. Jeremy Sturby provided excellent service finalizing the license plate switch and the walk through of the vehicle. Our trust was broken with our first experience with Winnipeg Honda, which left us very disappointed and unsatisfied. Glen Daman, Dave Zulak and Judy Zulak have earned back our trust with Winnipeg Honda. We understand there will be slip ups, but it is what is done to compensate for those slip ups that matters. These three people went way over and above, to fix our situation and satisfy us as consumers. We, 100 percent, appreciate their time and concern, and would recommend Winnipeg Honda to anyone. They took care of us, knowing we were not satisfied with both the product and the service. We now know we can trust Winnipeg Honda to be there for us in the future if any problems arise, which leaves us completely satisfied, perhaps being the most important part of our purchase. More

Myles did an amazing job selling me a gorgeous car. I came into the dealership not expecting much as I knew I had a very tight budget. He was able to find the perfect car for me within that budget. He gave me a great deal on a newer car with a low kilometers. He had a lot of patience with my questions and gave me the best service possible. When I had picked up the car, a few things went wrong that could not have been foreseen. When he had realized what had happened, he treated me with kindness and sincerity in his wanting to make sure that my trip to Winnipeg Honda was the best that it could possibly be.
