I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years, three of them new. Every step of this experience with Honda was, surprisingly, a new one for me. I had a bad experience with VW, and was looking to trade in. Every dealership I spoke to, including VW themselves, gave me a trade-in price in the low 20,000s. New Experience #1: Honda gave me as much as $7,000 more for my trade than other dealerships. Our salesman, James, is New Experience #2. I expected, and even anticipated, some small talk and general chat. With James, however, the experience was far more personable. His friendliness doesn't come off as just a means to an end, but as someone genuinely interested in helping. The Finance Manager, Judy, was another pleasant aspect. She introduced us to New Experience #3, a warranty option that allows us to purchase more when it runs out (time/KMs). This is the first time I've paid more for the protection plan than the warranty. Finally, this brings us to New Experience #4. After the sale, when we came to pick up the vehicle, we found that we wouldn't be just driving it off the lot. It was in pristine condition, on the show floor, with a signed "thank you" sheet as well as a big red bow. Then, all of the staff on hand (it seemed) came and congratulated us on the purchase. The 15 or so people there applauding did kind of make us feel on the spot a bit, but it seems they take their "treat like family" mindset to its fullest extent. Not only would I recommend them to others, I already have to my parents. If the vehicle treats me as well as this dealership, I can't imagine going elsewhere. More

I had already made a previous purchase with Andy and Judy just around 2 years ago. I came back to Andy asking him if he can figure out something for me as I had a 'special' situation. I explained everything to him in detail via email and the reply I got was 'Sure, bud. Just come in and we'll look at all our options for you.'. This came as my first pleasant surprise with my second Honda purchase. After that, despite the difficult factors including difficult people such as I, We we're still able to close the deal especially with Judy's courteous and very patient financing prowess. My description is very vague as most of the juicy details are rather personal and could even be considered gossipy and uncalled for if told here by me so I will try to make up for it in my last sentence. They had told me before and after the purchase that they do want to make sure that everything is 100% - 10/10 - customer experience no less. Of course, to me, this is the #1 line of every sales person in the world. In this particular purchase, I actually had to call them out on it and they delivered. I'd say they lied to me and gave me 110% 11/10 Customer Experience. :) Thanks Judy and Andy! P.S - The third one, when the 'Honda Urban' comes out.. I'll be back! lol More

We were greeted upon arrival into the lot, by Andrew Franco who was very friendly! The part we enjoyed the most about Winnipeg Honda was that they never made us feel pressured about buying a vehicle. Andrew made sure that all our needs in a vehicle were met and that at the end of the day we would purchase a vehicle that we loved! After going through a few options we finally decided to go with a brand new 2013 CRV. As consumers, we usually go through the bank for loans when purchasing high priced things but Judy Zulak reassured us that going through the dealership was an easy process that wouldn't cause any sort of stress. She was very understanding and helpful which eased us in the decision of having to go through the dealership. She constantly kept us updated on what was happening with the vehicle and made sure that purchasing a vehicle through Winnipeg Honda would be stress free and an enjoyable experience, which it was. My husband and I were looking for a used Civic. Winnipeg Honda was close to us so I decided to look on line to see what used Civics they might have. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andrew. We sat with Andrew and discussed what we were looking for. Andrew pulled up their used listings and told us about another Civic which I did not see on line. It had lower Kilometres and was a model up. We looked at the car and decided to take it for a test drive. The car met all of our criteria and then some. We were pleased with the vehicle and decided to purchase it. We then met Elvis to finalize our purchase. There was a command start in the vehicle but no fobs for it. I asked Elvis if he could look into fobs for us. When we picked up our car, the fob was available and already programmed for us. We are very happy with our vehicle and the wonderful service we received throughout our purchase process! More
