But not at Winnipeg Honda! My sales representative was James Cracknell and I will 100% recommend him to each and every person I know who is / wanting to buy a new car. There were no hidden fees and he never once tried to chins me on buying something I didn't need. He was straight forward and very professional. When I first entered the building we had an appointment with James and he greeted me with a warm friendly hello. That day was the day I decided to buy my brand new 2013 Honda Civic. James kept me posted nearly every day telling me when and how my car was coming along. Great customer service and I'll always return to this dealership. James also introduced me to several of his friendly co workers to ensure that when I go there and he is not around that I would still be well taking care of :)!!!!! Thanks James!!! More

Th customer service at Winnipeg Honda was excellent in every way,...at the beginning. The staff themselves were very friendly and courteous to my husband, myself and our baby. My husband then contacted the dealership and expressed our frustration. The reply we received once we expressed our disappointment was not met with our expectations to fix the arrangement. After negotiations we upgraded our used car to a new one. The staff were always very friendly with us (as they should have as we were upgrading). We wanted our experience at Winnipeg Honda to be superb, and it was until we had signed the papers and came back with a problem. More

When it came time to purchase the car, he was able to get me a price that was better than any others I had seen in the city. Myles was easily accessible for any questions I had, and even went in on his day off to make sure repairs were being done so my car could be picked up on time.
