Andy was a phenomenal sales rep. He was honest, and I loved that. There were no gimmicks with him, and he was friendly while doing so. He was patient and spent a lot of time with me and took me through every step that needed to be done. Even once I decided to go with the 2013 Honda Civic coupe he didn't leave me to pursue another customer, which was amazing to say the least AND he stayed after the dealership was closed to ensure I got the car that day! Andy is an AMAZING sales rep. It was my first time buying a car and I expected to put up with a shiesty dealer. Andy was the complete opposite. My brother who accompanied me in the car purchase process couldn't agree more as well. I would highly recommend him to others I know looking for a car. Christopher (His assistant) was also great. I brought my car back a week after purchasing to get it cleaned up (They didn't have time the day I purchased it as the dealership was already closed for the day). He was professional, polite and very attentive. He was able to answer all my questions and even put my license plate on for me. Loved coming in and dealing with him for a follow-up. He made himself available to contact for any future questions/concerns. As did Andy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing a car. Andy & Chris are a GREAT duo.
