I dont believe I have ever left a open page rating, but I am now. The Philosophy here seems to be... draw you in by agreeing to anything you are trying to accomplish or wanting..."ya, we can do that, com am now. You go in, do a test drive, maybe you keep it over night, next you start paper work...well the salesman states "sales manager is just a little ways away from your price.. $8,000.00 apart from the verbal agreement... It was $4,000 apart on 1st purchase in 2019 plus I lost a huge trade in value, then $8,000 for me on the 2nd purchase offer... but hang in there... you push your way through the stress, you get to $2,000 away, can you hold the team off?; now we have a salesman, sales manager, and the general manager all working on this deal. The time to hand over the keys moment arrives....NOPE...you have to see the warranty-finance guy. Funny...they need $6,000.00 for 3 year extended warranty and $2,000 for tires. Are we back to $8,000.00? THEN the ultimatum.. take the warranty and tire purchase for $8,000.00 or you cant have your purchase. I WALKED AWAY and so should you! Good Luck to all but remember...you can WALK AWAY friends. I have only been with them since 2019; my experience has been that this is an unprofessional dealership with unprofessional tatics and service, and a special mention for their warranty person. Stay away! This dealership has been an huge disappointment. More

We went in there to take a look at a couple of new Jeep's. The initial contact was ok, it was later in the process that thing's turned us sour. Took my friend here to help her buy a new vehicle. Everyone was nice up until the point that we refused to buy any of their extended warranty products. The salesperson also quickly changed his friendly demeanor once he was told that my friend was not buying any of the extended warranty. I would not recommend this dealership. Recently purchased a 2019 ram 3500. With 20,000kms. Upon purchase the 2020 ford explorer i was trading in. The manager told me he wouldnt be selling it on there log as its been in a accident and no longer a purchase the 2020 ford explorer i was trading in. Drove my truck from their lot to van island to find out gas leaks out of it from the gas tank being warped around the fuel pump. I filled the tank and lost about 5 dollars worth of gas on the ground at the pump. Now its day 4 and im without a truck as its at another local to me dodge dealer getting a replacement fuel tank. Moral of the story. 5 star dealer my xxx. Only if you like being lied to and repairing your vehicle. And yes ive talked to my salesman and the manager and was basically told to pound sand and be thankfull it has warranty. More

I just changed my old 2017 ram eco-diesel for a brand new 2022 eco-diesel. The new one is sure nice, (and outrageously expensive), but I got lots of money for the old one in trade, so overall actually it’s n 2022 eco-diesel. I have to say he did make it easy and efficient, and I was very impressed he kept his promise and (after the deal was done), helped me get few Mopar parts at dealer cost, and got the parts dept. to order them and install them for me without having an scheduled appointment . I thought he made that promise before I bought the car just to grease the wheels, but he did keep his word and stayed behind to help me get everything ordered at discount rates. He did not push me onto the parts department, he came and stayed with me to make sure I do get the items that I wanted to add onto the car, same day I got the car, so I don’t have to make a separate appointment and trip later on. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, with Kyle and with the whole experience. I used to deal with O’Connor Chrysler in Chilliwack, but I just learned that Willowbrook is just as good , and I don’t have to drive all the way to Chilliwack for a new truck. Kyle is very nice. I have purchased 2 vehicles off of them and it was good. I co signed for a person and was supposed to get a 1000 dollars for helping the deal go through.
