Biggest mistake ever! The absolute worst experience I have ever had! If I could rate it zero stars I would! We bought two used vehicles from them both had near perfect 85 The absolute worst experience I have ever had! If I could rate it zero stars I would! We bought two used vehicles from them both had near perfect 85 point inspections and a "new" clutch in one of them! We got the recommended two year ultimate warranty on both vehicles so that everything would be covered in case of an emergency! Well fast-forward 6 months and one truck starts having major issues that could potentially be life threatening! We take it back to the dealership and they say that it's possibly a clutch problem without even looking at it and they wanted to charge us $850+ to do a diagnostic on it which wouldn't be covered under the warranty and would not include repairs! We then suggested that they do a trade into a new vehicle and they only offered us $8000 for a trade in value which is $20,000 less than we purchased it for 6 months ago! So now we are stuck paying almost $600 per month for a vehicle we can't drive! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!
