Scheduled Service Appointments After trying to bring my Lincoln vehicle into get serviced at the dealership where it was purchased, I had to move on to other dealerships as I could After trying to bring my Lincoln vehicle into get serviced at the dealership where it was purchased, I had to move on to other dealerships as I could not get an appointment time less than 2 weeks out. This dealership was able to fit me in in 2 days. It was a Saturday but that was perfect for my schedule and the location is not far from my office. My frustrations with getting my vehicle serviced got the better of me and I unloaded on the woman doing the scheduling. I wish I could remember her name. She was there when I brought the vehicle in and I had the opportunity to apolgise and I thanked her for fitting me in. More

Dan B made it happen! I came into Ford skeptical that I would be able to get a car because of credit issues. Dan B was able to make it happen and I am really appreciative. I came into Ford skeptical that I would be able to get a car because of credit issues. Dan B was able to make it happen and I am really appreciative. He really took the extra steps and made it work. He was always there to assist with any questions I had, would follow up with me and call me back quickly, and overall he was pleasant to deal with. Devin R and Sam also helped me since Dan is the manager. Dan assigned both to me so when I came into the dealership, I wouldn't need to wait for a sales rep and one was always available, however I mostly dealt with Devin. Devin is a really hard worker and took the extra steps to make sure I was always comfortable. I really appreciated that! Overall, really nice experience. More
