I brought my car to the dealership for a regular 16,000 km maintenance. I was told I was also booked in for two Toyota recalls. After my two hour wait when my car was ready, I was told that Cameron had to km maintenance. I was told I was also booked in for two Toyota recalls. After my two hour wait when my car was ready, I was told that Cameron had to order a part for the recall. When I recall is being done, shouldn’t you know ahead of time if parts are available? I now have to return to the dealership for another visit. It is almost 30 minutes from my home to the dealership so it is inconvenient for me. More

Excellent Friendly service every time. I had a service apt today and Adam the Service Mgr was SO helpful and went out of his way, spending at least 25 min setting up my GPS navigator with I had a service apt today and Adam the Service Mgr was SO helpful and went out of his way, spending at least 25 min setting up my GPS navigator with Ensuite.
