I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am a single mother with three children on a tight budget who needed a reliable car to replace my older vehicle. I researched several car's as well as companies on-line. My experience as a woman hasn't always been positive at other car manufacturer's, there's a tendency to talk down to women. That was not my experience at Whitby Toyota. I have never owned a Toyota but was very impressed by it's safety features and over all ratings. When I went to the showroom to see the car, I was greeted by Joe Raffi. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was very considerate of my budget. He went through the car's special features, showed me the car's safety advantages and answered all my questions. Even though the dealership was closing for the evening, Joe didn't make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. When I went to pick up the vehicle I purchased, Joe was helping another customer with a test drive. Pearce Herder was there completing the paperwork etc with my family and I. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went through my documents pointing out the important information I needed to know. Before we left, he took the time to go through car's interior and operation so that I could safely drive my car. Not only did he give me his full attention, but also included my young daughter's making them feel part of the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Joe or Pearce in the future. They made my first experience with Toyota a wonderful one. More

Purchase of my 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD Limited The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold it for $2,400 2nd car is a 02 Camry-Solara and it has 427,000km - Like new, no issues and still use it. The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate. I've been with Toyota since 1988 and have worked with the dealership(s) in the US and Canada to service with Toyota parts ONLY. I recommend this dealership. Jimmy Fernandes More

I recently got a Tacoma TRD Sport, the best midsize truck in North America.I love driving it. I had the most pleasant experience buying this truck from Gary Brown, who bypassed all the unnecessary bolony of buying a car, was very down to earth with all his information and pricing. I really appreciated his respect for myself and my family, the care and attention to all details and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase in every respect. We were also well looked after by Keith Kelly and are looking forward to working with the service department. Whitby Toyota is our home again. Thanks guys. More
