2016 Scion IM - happy customer My 2004 Vibe recently died, which meant I was in need of a car! After visiting a few other dealerships, and having a budget and style of car in mind, My 2004 Vibe recently died, which meant I was in need of a car! After visiting a few other dealerships, and having a budget and style of car in mind, I ended up a Toyota later the same day my car died. Oddly enough, my car died during the Black Friday weekend which meant that we were hoping for a deal! When we got to Toyota, it was fairly busy which meant we waited for a salesperson to help assist us. When going to Toyota, I had a truck in mind, but was persuaded as it was much more than what I wanted or needed. The 2016 Scion IM was introduced to us, and I fell in love with it! After running through the prices and what Toyota could offer us – we said yes! Stephanie was our sales representative, who was beyond helpful! She took her time to outline all the car’s features and go through the car compared to other cars we were looking at. Stephanie rode with us on the test drive, and again, explained all the features and ran through the controls. Stephanie did not put any pressure on us to buy on the spot-in fact encouraged us to let it sink in and to think about the car. Having told people at different dealerships that I was in need of a car, I felt pressure to buy a car that day to “get the special deal”, when in reality, the deals were not anything special. We signed with Stephanie for the Scion the very same day – and the excitement from Stephanie was through the roof! You could tell that she really was excited and happy for our purchase! We did have a few bumps the next day with a price increase, but Stephanie was able to accommodate us with adding a few extra’s for the car. When we picked up our car three days later, it was perfect! Stephanie gave us wind shield washer fluid, a long ice scraper for the car, and a sleek travel mug. I must say, overall, the experience with Stephanie was fabulous! If you are looking for a new, reliable car, go speak to Stephanie at Toyota – you won’t be disappointed! More
