New car sales experience was good. I set up an appointment with a Sales Associate to test drive the Corolla LE. Met with Tim Hay. I explained to him I was evaluating 3 cars and the Coro I set up an appointment with a Sales Associate to test drive the Corolla LE. Met with Tim Hay. I explained to him I was evaluating 3 cars and the Corolla was one of them. He had my test vehicle ready. After the drive we discuss the Corolla and pricing. He went into the Sales Manager and came out with the best price and I was happy with it. He was very good to work with. He was organized, friendly and not pushy. After evaluating the other 2 vehicles, I purchased the Corolla. The deal experience did factor in as Whitby Oshawa Honda was terrible. More

When we finally decided, Gary got us through the paper work quickly and into our beautiful new Highlander! The dealership was wonderful to work with and Keith Kelly, Finance Manager, made the finances easy and lets us do some research before making some final decisions on some of the details.
