One fine Wednesday afternoon, my husband and I accidentally passed by Whitby Toyota without any plans to buy a car the soonest. Our original plan was to buy the following month as we were still in the early stages of selection. Who would have thought that this unexpected stop over at Whitby Toyota could get us a car in a weeks' time? We have already spoken to a lot of dealers from different manufacturers and we were lucky to have been given the chance to deal with Gary Brown, who is an expert in his field. We may have done our research but it was different when Gary presented it to us. It was simple, direct and clear. Another thing that impressed us was that Gary did not pressure us to buy a car immediately. Instead, he gave us all the options we never knew was possible. He gave us time to think things through but it did not take us too long to decide. To make the story short, our next meeting with Gary was when we purchased the car that we not only want, but the car that is within our comfortable budget. I must say that I was treated fairly and enjoyed the experience. Gary sells a lot of cars a month and I only buy 1 in 10 years but, Gary was able to communicate with me and reduce the anxiety that my family and I had. In today's economic world it is important to make rational decisions, Gary was polite and was looking to ensure that I was buying a car that I needed not the car that I wanted.
