Service beyond my expectations I've been a customer at Whitby Toyota for almost 25 years, and consider myself a loyal, but not always easy to please supporter of the brands I choose I've been a customer at Whitby Toyota for almost 25 years, and consider myself a loyal, but not always easy to please supporter of the brands I choose to purchase. ( Toyota is at the top of that brand list.) Recently I had a few issues which were further compounded by some miscommunication regarding some service related issues. After today,I want to extend my true gratitude to the whole Toyota team for not only making things right, but going way beyond what I could/ should have expected to happen in order to resolve these issues. Second time leaser I was leery of leasing a vehicle in the first place because I have heard so many horror stories. Five years after leasing my first vehicle from Whitb I was leery of leasing a vehicle in the first place because I have heard so many horror stories. Five years after leasing my first vehicle from Whitby Toyota I am a believer. Leasing isn't for everybody but it works for me and my family. When the time came to trade in I was very nervous about being "taken to the cleaners." My fears were unfounded and quickly laid to rest by Gary Brown.
