Gary was the only salesperson of all the dealerships we visited to pick up on that subtle statement and from that point on he spoke directly to my wife about everything. That in nutshell is was what sold the car. (OK, it was a great deal too and it's great car, after all it’s a Toyota.) But his genuine interest in my wife’s needs and treating her as the buyer with such care and enthusiasm is what sealed the deal. Answering all her questions, Showing her all the options, explaining every detail about the car and then on delivery spending an hour going over all the features.
