After receiving the settlement from the insurance company, I started to look around for a replacement SUV, checking out Honda, Ford, Subaru, Nissan, and Toyota. My first visit was with Gary Brown from whom i had purchased the 2009 Rav 4 and other cars for my Mum. Gary as always provide excellent no pressure, professional and very friendly help in starting my search with and overview of the vehicle i was interested in and potential cost. With that in mind, I did the rounds at other dealers, all good SUV's. HOWEVER, the key driver that brought me back to Whitby Toyota was their excellent service over the years and in particular Gary Brown who once again provide my wife and I impeccable and excellent service from start to finish. He found the 2017 Rav 4 Limited we wanted, and had it ready for us on the day we asked for. On the day we received the car Gary wen above and beyond to make sure we understood all the key functions of the car and it many safety features. There is no question in my mind that I would recommend Gary and Whitby Toyota to anyone who asks particularly my friends.
