So much for a contract I bought a used vehicle from Whitby Toyota. It started out great. Steve was so patient and helpful! I loved the vehicle and was excited. Steve got me I bought a used vehicle from Whitby Toyota. It started out great. Steve was so patient and helpful! I loved the vehicle and was excited. Steve got me a great deal. But... - The finance coordinator was suddenly adding fees that were not included in the agreement. - Had to contact them multiple times to try to get more information. If they had mentioned there may be additional fees, I would have been fine. But no. Simply, I had to pay more. - The used vehicle had some scratches, a rip in the leather. It was agreed these would be fixed... And they weren't. - On the day I came in to sign the paperwork, they had to contact the bank to make some changes and reprint the agreement. The financing person said "I wish you had told me this before on the phone (which I had and she said she couldn't do). I was supposed to go home at 4:30 and I'm still here because of this". It was 5:05pm. More

Bad service I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I went there to fix my flat tire for my brand new Prius. Amanda the service rep asked me to bring the tire size. When I went back with the tire size, I had to wail on the line again. This time another service rep served me . He didn't ask me about the tire size. He knew he can check it on the computer. I had to wait more than three hours to fix the tire. Weird questions, no respect for customers. (May be I bought my car @ Donvalley). I will never go back here. More
