He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He clearly loves what he does and he does it well. Costs and process were clearly laid out so there were no surprises. He gave a thorough introduction to the vehicle before I drove it away. Even though I had just met him, it felt like I was buying a car from an old friend who happened to be an expert in the field.
