Poor Customer Service In the last 4 years I have purchased 2 brand new Toyota vehicles from this salesman. I always have both my toyota's services at this dealer. I recentl In the last 4 years I have purchased 2 brand new Toyota vehicles from this salesman. I always have both my toyota's services at this dealer. I recently test drove a used 2013 highlander and was interested in trading in my 2013 sienna (low mileage). After test driving, I insisted on speaking with Sam in regards to pricing considering we had customer loyalty. I was basically shut down and told customer loyalty meant nothing, as my sienna was appraised 1000's below black book value on a trade. He was not the least bit interested in negotiating on any price and wasn't interested in helping his customers, just told us the way it was. I will never visit this dealership again! More

Lease Return & New Lease Returned my leased Tundra and leased a new 4Runner. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful; however, had to wait between 1/2 hour and 1 hour before Returned my leased Tundra and leased a new 4Runner. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful; however, had to wait between 1/2 hour and 1 hour before receiving some attention. It was a Saturday so understandably it was busy but I showed up at the time requested. Didn't get exactly the model or colour I wanted but the dealership was quick to acquire the vehicle that was available. More
