Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish I have been a regular customer of Whitby Toyota - purchased pretty much all my cars from this dealership and have dealt exclusively with Gary Brown. Our entire purchase experience was painless and haggle free. Gary was an absolute delight to work with and he was fair and upfront throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure during the sales process and he gave us our space and time to make the final decisions. When we found out that the delivery of our vehicle was delayed, Gary threw in further discounts. Even when they were able to meet the delivery deadline, the discounts were not rescinded. Gary walked us through every aspect of the functions of our new Toyota Highlander and spent the extra time helping us sync our phones to the car. That extra level of service is what sets this dealership apart and Gary Brown apart from other sales professionals. Again, it has been a pleasure dealing with Gary and I would recommend him to my friends and family. 4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! .
