We took it for a test drive and that was it. It was priced well and the deal was done. The manager was incredible. He did everything he could to help me. The manager told me it would be ready the next day and he was true to his word. I had the car and was on my way. My step daughter loved it. Im a hero. Haha. Anyway they wasted no time to get me set up. It was painless. I was finished in an hour an arduious task I thought was going to take the whole day. Thanks to Whitby toyota. More

Totally amazing auto sales experience. This man Gary Brown totally lived up to his reputation as an honest and down to earth gentleman who totally knows his trade. A completely amazing customer experience in the matter of a couple weeks in dealing with him. There was no pressure or leading us in a particular direction. The final say came from us and he just guided us along the way. Even the choice of color was left up to us when both my wife and myself were not too satisfied with a color we have come to the dealership in mind. He presented another option and totally satisfied both our tastes. Even on a very busy Saturday with tons of customers coming to pick up their vehicles, Gary made time to come pick us up at the GO Station. Truly a genuine person. Every thing he did had a ring of sincerity and caring for the customer. He totally explained any questions we had in an honest and forthright manner. Straight Forward and Simply....TOYOTA I recently leased a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna LE, replacing a previous lease from the same dealership which was a 2014 Toyota Sienna SE. Even thou I recently leased a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna LE, replacing a previous lease from the same dealership which was a 2014 Toyota Sienna SE. Even though I went one trim level lower I am still very happy with the new van, because of the added 30 more horsepower and increased transmission from 6 to 8 gears. Giving me the added boost of speed and not bleeding my wallet with gas expenses. Plus, the Toyota Entune media technology is easy to use. You can even customize both your ON and OFF display screens similar to your PC's wallpaper. I am fortunate enough to meet Mr. Gary Brown for he made my lease transaction STRAIGHT FORWARD and SIMPLE. Never did I felt pressured like with other sales representatives, who are more concerned by their sales commission rather than customer satisfaction. Plus, the day that I picked up my new van Gary gave me a thorough orientation with the new features of the van, making my transition from SE to LE trim level not too painful. Lol. I recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota Highlander from a small car dealership and I wasn't 100% confident in my purchase as the vehicle was showed 2 I recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota Highlander from a small car dealership and I wasn't 100% confident in my purchase as the vehicle was showed 2 accidents on the car report. I wanted to make sure that everything was good ok the vehicle so I took it to Whitby Toyota. I was warmly greeted by a few of the service guys, they were prompt and efficient. I told Ian and Brian my experience with the dealership and how the car was driving ok but I wanted to make sure everything was fine. They both reassured they would check it out thoroughly. They even showed me the car service history and saw that the previous owner took it to Toyota regularly for servicing. They printed off a copy and gave me to review at home. I had told them that I heard some sounds and Ian went with the mechanic to check the sound out. Then we yest drove it together. When Quason (mechanic) placed my car on the hoist, Ian called me so that I could take a look under the car to see if anything stood out. All 3 of us checked under the car. It made a huge difference to me that I was there so see them check the vehicle. It gave me a peice of mind that I didn't have before. Overall everyone was polite, patient and accommodating from the service men to the mechanics to the vice president, Ian. I loved the fact that he was hands on with the services and very attentive! As a female it's challenging going into a automotive shop as it's difficult to trust some mechanics. I trust everyone there and it was my first visit. I will definitely go back! Amazing Service and Very Fair with Costs I had Tara Parsons, Service Consultant, today as she was great. I am a single mom and trying to save costs. My 10 year old Prius would not start in I had Tara Parsons, Service Consultant, today as she was great. I am a single mom and trying to save costs. My 10 year old Prius would not start in the morning and had to miss an appointment. CAA came and gave the car a boost as the battery died. I drive it to Whitby Toyota and they were going to charge me $19.99 to see why the car wouldn't start. Tara was amazing and got two Toyota mechanics involved to see what the problem was. It was the battery and Toyota replaced it without charging me anything. Tara looked up my services and indicated that the battery was still under warranty and drove out without paying anything for the service. The service was just wonderful and Tara went an extra mile. Not only that, but a part of my exhaust system needs replacing and another dealer recommended that when I had the money to replace it for $2000 dollars. Tara gave me a name of another place that would do the same job for $400 to $500 dollars. I really appreciate Whitby Toyota as I feel that they want the best for the costumer and aren't there to gauge you. A heart felt thanks. Shafina More
