Started out with a lease agreement with a deposit and then decided to switch to a purchase/finance agreement with ease, thanks to Shawn. He also showed genuine compassion when my wife then incurred a fall with a broken bone in her foot and shoulder one week prior to agreed vehicle delivery. Shawn emphasized a priority concern for my wife's health, and advised us not to worry about delaying our delivery which happened two weeks later. Answered all our emails and questions. There was no xx, and he did not approach me or my preferences with a preconceived idea or agenda. He supported me through the process of finding the model that best suited my needs, but at no time did he offer his own opinion. Through his guidance, and knowledge, I arrived at the model which was best for me. Once decided, he was extremely flexible in when he was available to meet again, and when I would pick up the car. I was away for a short period, and he arranged to make sure the car was ready for me on the appointed day. On that day, there was a banking glitch, and he took the delay in my picking up the car without any sense of frustration or disappointment.
