I first stopped by Pickering Toyota for a test drive and received inaccurate information about the car I was interested in as well as no reply to emails sent. Gary at Whitby Toyota was excellent. You can tell he has been in the business for close to 40 years. He knew his Toyota products and was able to answer all my questions and process the sale in time.. He even postponed his vacation by a day so he could be there when I picked up my car. I would highly recommend the dealership. More
