Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our Service Department. Our goal is to provide total satisfaction to all of our customers. Many of our clients prefer our walk-in option, which is why we've continued this popular service over the years. However, we do our best to service each booked appointment at the scheduled time. Unfortunately winter tire season can be a hectic time of year. We have thousands of customers booking appointments, and we try to get everyone in as quickly as possible once we receive an appointment request. We would never want our clients having to wait weeks on end to have their service completed, especially with the recent snow fall and insurance requirements. There are sometimes varying factors that cause appointments to take longer than usual - if an unexpected item needs to be fixed, or if there is an outstanding campaign, or if an additional service is required. We try to do as much as we can for our clients on the spot so that they don't have to spend another valuable day coming back to wait again. Please know that we take this time and consideration for you as well when servicing your vehicle! However, due to the influx in volume, wait times are longer than normal. Please understand that we do not do this out of greed - we're sorry to hear that it's come across to you as a money grab, as that is not our intention at all! Our many clients value our services, so much so that our business has grown exponentially over the years. We are trying our very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible, but sometimes it is virtually impossible for our technicians to handle the load, and it is a priority that we still continue to provide quality service even when it's busy. We work hard to work both quickly and without error. We thank you for your understanding during this busy time of year, and would like the opportunity to prove otherwise to you! We value you and your business, and would be sorry to hear that you weren't coming back again. Please give us the chance to do so.
