Had a great introduction to our new Toyota Dealership with Ian Kingsley, the owner, Shawn McCallum, our salesmanager who was down to earth, knowledgeable and not your typical "car salesman", and Carmeron Slater who walked us through the features on our new Sienna prior to us leaving the dealership. They beat the best price I had found. I worked with Rashid on the sale and Keith in management. I really appreciated Rashid's efficiency and we had the whole thing wrapped up very quickly. Keith provided me with straight forward information and worked with me on the price so we could both leave happy! I have never felt less pressure when purchasing a car and am very happy with the whole experience. They even surprised me with another 500.00 off the car by applying an incentive that was not available the day I bought the car.
