Sam K approached us right away, and not in that creepy salesman kind of way. :) He listened to what I liked and wanted and made sure he explained all of my options. He readily had cars for me to test drive and worked out many options in terms of financing, leases or whatever I would need. He had a great sense of humour and a lot of patience. I almost feel bad that the car I loved wasn’t toyota.
