Proud of my Prius Prime I had expressed an interest in a plug-in hybrid at several dealerships, but it was not until I was entering the dealership to pick up my 2013 Matrix a I had expressed an interest in a plug-in hybrid at several dealerships, but it was not until I was entering the dealership to pick up my 2013 Matrix after service when Rashid Lorgat came right up to my partner and I wanting to know which make and model we were interested in, that I started to think I might soon own one. That was March 1st, and on March 12th I drove my beautiful Prius Prime home! Rashid followed up on our first meeting by finding a similar Prius to check out the drive, size, and option packages available. He asked other sales and service staff if we had questions about the technology that he could not answer. He also arranged for my snowtires which were purchased for my 2008 Corolla, then passed to my 2013 Matrix, to be fitted with new rims for my Prius Prime, as part of the sales agreement. Because this is my third Toyota I was familiar with the great service department at Whitby Toyota, and they were wonderful yesterday when I was trading in my Matrix. So far the new vehicle is wonderful. The information in the manuals is very understandable, and the communication system is giving me good marks (79% to 84%) on my eco driving. I feel very confident that I will create less fumes, consume less gas for sure, and have lots of support at Whitby Toyota as I grow into this new technology. More

Dealt with Dave Stokell when we arrived and he answered all our questions and took great care of us. They also worked really hard to get us the trade-in value we needed for our old car to make this deal work. Picked up our new CHR March 2, 2019 and we could not be happier. Love the car!!! Dave walked us through all the details of the car so we were comfortable when we drove away. Thanks so much Dave and Shawn for making this large purchase a great experience. From the first conversation we had with Rashid, we immediately know that he was professional, knowledgeable, and an ethical person..We explained that we were waiting to hear from our local dealership, but were curious to know if Whitby Toyota was associated with my husbands organization..We let him know what we were interested in, and currently waiting on our local dealership...He thanked us for calling, and said he respected our first query with our local dealership...After two weeks he followed up to find out if we found the vehicle we were looking for. We were surprised to tell him that our local dealership had not called us back after two weeks with us making two phone calls speaking with the salesperson we previously purchased from ..we were very pleased to hear from him..Speaking with him, we felt no pressure, only a pleasant conversation and an expectation of finding something we would want to purchase or lease. We made an appointment to meet with him, and had to cancel due to a blizzard in our area. We rescheduled and met with him on a different day. Again,we felt no pressure. We were assured to keep safe, and come when we were able. We arrived at the dealership and were interested in a model that had been previously PDI'd. It was a perfect match for us, exactly what we were looking for. We came to an agreement with Rashid, after the Whitby team reviewed our vehicle, and gave us a purchase quote. We mentioned that our drive was three hours round trip, would there be anyway we could complete the deal that day, and return with the vehicle. We were doubtful that this was possible...Rashid spoke to the people involved. Due to the whole dealership working hard on our behalf IT HAPPENED........ We have purchased many vehicles in our lifetime, and never have we encountered this kind of service at any dealership. Rashid, not only made us feel like we were special customers, (as we are sure he does with all his customers) but his courtesy, professionalism, and kindness went above and beyond..We will recommend Rashid and Whitby Toyota to anyone we speak with..
