I decided there and then to go directly to a Toyota dealership. I went to Whitby Toyota and met with Shawn McCallum and instantly felt very comfortable with him. Told him what I wanted, he showed me his inventory, answered all my questions and helped me to put together the best possible deal on the car, I chose - NO PRESSURE - I am completely satisfied with my purchase but even more; I feel assured I can count on Shawn with any after purchase issues if needed. Great experience My husband and I decided to finally get a new car to replace our aging Camry. Having previously purchased 2 vehicles from Whitby Toyota, we knew that My husband and I decided to finally get a new car to replace our aging Camry. Having previously purchased 2 vehicles from Whitby Toyota, we knew that the service there was amazing so we did not hesitate on going back. Tony greeted us immediately. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to discuss all the features of the new Camry without difficulty. Imagine our surprise when he told us that he just started with this dealership only 2 days before. We would have never guessed. We ended up buying another Camry. When I picked up the car a little over a week later, there was a small issue with an incorrect address but the dealership “made it right” by giving us a $500.00 cheque for the error. Tony made sure to show me all the features in the car before I drove off. When I went back a few days later to pick up the cheque, Tony helped me almost immediately (he had another client) and gave me a nice hug to thank me for my business. More

They fixed the air conditioning last time and got more than $300, and the system doesn’t work and yesterday they asked me to pay about $700 to fix their bad maintenance! I don’t recommend such place! I had a very bad experience with customer service, it was really nightmare. I left their place unsatisfied with their reactions and fake stories, nobody was care about my case. My car left your place with unsolved issue. More

Appointment doesn’t matter Had an appointment and rushed to get to the dealership to be on time. I waited half an hour before going to check in again and he was still busy and they wanted someone else to assist me. Already being in a bad mood waiting and knowing my time wasn’t important I did not just want to meet with anyone. I ended up having to meet with a seperate sales person and now had to rush as I was running short on time for Mother’s Day weekend plans. David was still even with the customers over an hour after we had our appointment time and didn’t even aknowledge me or approach me. More
