To my surprise Gary Brown didn't make excuses, or negotiate, he got right to the point. If he could match the price would I buy? He did and now I am the proud owner of a 2019 Tacoma. The burdens and challenges of life seem to slip away when I am driving in my new Camry, listening to the radio, and gliding along the highway. Too Busy selling Tires. No Longer care about small town cust I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until the last two years. I had the same problem last year when trying to get a simple oil change , it seems this time of year and in the spring they turn into a tire sales store or they have outgrown their ability to provide good service. You would think after having all the service done on a tundra for 14 years you deserve better treatment. I guess when the mileage reaches the time for an oil change and they are busy doing snow tires you need to park your Toyota and drive something else because you can no longer get good service at Whitby Toyota or Bowmanville Toyota. Ironically my wife purchased a Nissan and has no issues getting an oil change when needed. That is where I will have to take my Toyota till it is time to change to a newer truck, Guess what kind of vehicle I WILL NOT be purchasing in the future. Whitby Toyota has clearly outgrown there service capabilities and small town customers. More

I was greeted with a smile at the front counter and efficiently assisted with finding and test driving the vehicles I had found on the website. Andrew Ward was very knowledgeable and used a no-pressure approach that I found very reassuring. He brought out both cars I had viewed on-line and brought out a third as well that he thought I may also want to check out (based on my likes and needs for a vehicle). He was right, the third was my favourite of the 3! I came back a week later to purchase the car and Andrew helped me through each step of buying a car. Thank you, Whitby Toyota! More
Down Town Gary Brown!!! I had a unique situation. I was in a 2017 Tacoma which I loved but.... 8 months ago when I leased it, it had good room for the kids in the back seat. I had a unique situation. I was in a 2017 Tacoma which I loved but.... 8 months ago when I leased it, it had good room for the kids in the back seat. 6 months in I had a 14 year old Son that had grown 6 inches and a 12 year old daughter that had grown substantially as well. The truck was just not quite big enough any longer. I got a hold of Gary Brown and he took great care of me. He helped me into a better fit physically and figuratively for my family. I went with a Tundra Max Cab. Gary located the one I needed with the nice midnight black I was looking for. In a few days I was in the new truck. He took the time to offer me all the incentives he could at the time and even got a hold of me at the 11th hour when a special $750 discount came up the day before I was picking up the truck. He re-did all the paper work to apply the discount before I even arrived. We had several great chats about travelling, my kid’s triple A hockey, what I do for a living as a crane operator for a local company and everything in between. Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with and turned what was a bit of a pickle situation into a great experience with a perfect outcome. I love the truck. My wife and kids love it too. We really appreciate how Whitby Toyota has taken care of us on both the vehicles so far. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Gary. Great job!! More
