We decided to ultimately go with that vehicle based on good reviews on Consumers Report and all the amenities. We were very impressed with all the perks the XLE came with - including the heated steering wheel. The price was also great - a lot was included for the price compared to other brands in the same class we looked at. The customer service was top notch. Hayden was very knowledgeable and asked us what our needs were and helped us find the best vehicle to suit us. The SUV really sold itself and we really appreciated that Hayden was not pushy trying to sell us things we did not need. We also appreciate that they included a remote starter for free - definitely a nice bonus! Overall, it was a great experience and Hayden was a pleasure to work with. We were also impressed when he came with us on the road test, he took the time to explain all the important features. When we test drove the Subaru, the sales person just sat in the back seat on his phone and did not explain anything. Like I said, all the features of the RAV 4 were very impressive and it really sells itself. It's also important to have a knowledgeable salesperson that can tell you about all the features and genuinely care about our needs. We will be back in the future when our other vehicle is ready for a trade in! More
