The manager Richard Alam alongside one of his best employees Rashid Lorgat both showed me a few SUVs that worked around my budget and highly recommended a Nissan X-trail Bonavista which was above my expectations!! The car is in excellent condition, low KM, accident-free and at a great price! I've received plenty of positive compliments from my parents, friends but most of them all my girlfriend REALLY loved it! If there were 10 stars for this place I would've given it 10.5 ratings. Thank you, Richard and Rashid, for giving me the best choice of my life and help me save up a lot in the long run! More

Found my new Service Provider I drive to the GTA 2-3 times per year for business - and on this trip I began hearing 'the noise', which went from an occasionally annoying squeal to I drive to the GTA 2-3 times per year for business - and on this trip I began hearing 'the noise', which went from an occasionally annoying squeal to more pronounced. I became extremely worried that the noise was related to my rear brake calipers or a wheel bearing about to go. Knowing I will have a 700+ mile drive back home to Virginia I began questioning folks at work about a reliable place to get my problem diagnosed. A coworker recommended you folks at Whitby Toyota. I'm so glad I took his advice (I almost didn't go to your shop because of not-so-good service from my local Toyota dealer at home)! I was first impressed with the efficiency of the intake process. Being able to drive inside the shop and step out of my car right to the service desk was a pleasure. Mr. Steve Lord, Service Advisor, listened to my problem description and actually understood what I was trying to say - another pleasure. I was shown to your nicely-appointed waiting area while a Service Tech assessed the problem. Then Mr. Lord gave me the good news that my 'noise' was due to improperly installed brake pads instead of the life/vehicle threatening alternatives I had imagined. And the price estimate was great, especially for someone on a tight budget! After my car was fixed, Mr. Lord showed me a working model of a brake/caliper system and explained what had happened and how all the parts worked together - yet another treat. And then, when I went to my car, I asked why it looked so clean. Mr Lord told me that you wash every car that comes in for service - something a small-city girl never expected. In summary, I took a few business cards from Steve Lord and passed them out a work, along with glowing words about my service experience. I have decided that, if I can coordinate my regular service/maintenance needs with my trips up to Canada, I will bring my car to you. Thanks to Steve Lord for making my experience so pleasant and thanks to your service staff for relieving my worries about driving home. More

We were fortunate to meet and be assisted by Sandy Crowder whose product knowledge and skill as she stick-handled through some comparisons for us was second to none. Guess what! We didn't intend to make a deal that day....but we did! We're both in our 80's and her patience as she walked us through a presentation covering Embedded Navigation, Traffic & Weather, and a dozen other features on the 8" screen was just amazing. She even suggested we visit her again next week if something came up that we should have asked about! PS. A word for the Sales Manager. Keep this lady happy and busy at the dealership - maybe a coffee & donut at her desk when she shows up each day. It'll be reflected in your sales stats!
