Purchased a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid from the Whitby Toyota dealership. Vehicle was ordered in October of 2019 and arrived in February of 2020. With that said, I would have appreciated biweekly updates regarding the status of the order even if it was something as simple as "No news but we will keep you updated once that changes." Once the wait extended into multiple months it was sort of like listening to dead air while holding on the phone. Regular updates would have made the wait more pleasant if only to offer assurance that the order was still pending and hadn't been lost or forgotten. Other than that, the sales experience was quite pleasant and I would have no issues recommending this dealership to others interested in purchasing a new Toyota vehicle. More
