Not happy with the service we received Whitby Oshawa Honda is not what it used to be. The quality of service has gone down. We went to purchase a car during the recent "end of year" sale, h Whitby Oshawa Honda is not what it used to be. The quality of service has gone down. We went to purchase a car during the recent "end of year" sale, however we were told that the car that we had wanted had sold out. We agreed to purchase a more expensive car with less features. The next day we had regrets and checked with some other Honda dealerships nearby, We discovered that the car that we had originally wanted was not sold out, in fact there were a lot of them left at other Honda dealerships in the GTA. When we tried to cancel our purchase and get our $1000 deposit back from Whitby Oshawa Honda - they refused and said that they were under no legal obligation to return it to us. Very poor service! Will not go back to Whitby Oshawa Honda ever. There are much better dealerships in the GTA. More
