When I came to pick up the vehicle the vehicles the battery was dead and there was no gas in the gas tank. I was told that they had put $50 of gas in the gas tank But they did not. They are now not wanting to fix the airbag code free of charge as they have not said they they will. I Will never go back To buy a car or get any kind of Service done. Very unhappy! If I could get my money back for the car I would. Sarah Evans in Service does not like to respond to phone calls or emails. More

I'm disappointed in the service I received when purchasing my vehicle here. After paying my down payment, I was told my windshield needs to be replaced, after already prolonging my pick up date twi purchasing my vehicle here. After paying my down payment, I was told my windshield needs to be replaced, after already prolonging my pick up date twice. Once I picked up my vehicle, I found no documentation on the safety paperwork they gave me of this replacement part being done. I requested for a repair on a hanging peice inside the wheel area that they had temporarily fixed with green tape, and this was not fixed when I picked up the car. And they did not speak about it. The car was still dirty, center console had melted candy residue, the leather folds around the gear shift were full of dirt and crumbs. The interior mirror was covered in spots, the previous owners ownership was still in the glovebox, and their bluetooth devices were still linked to the car. Upon getting the vehicle, I called the salesman asking about things and they ignored my call. I was promised some sort of gift upon picking up my car to compensate for my frustrations, and the gift was never given to me and also not spoken about which upset me. I had a concern about the sound of the engine, and bought the 7 year Honda Warranty. I realized this issue could be a separate matter from that warranty and that I had a 30-day timeline to take the car to the dealership to have factory issues looked at. We called the salesman who sold me the car, and had to leave 2 voicemails and wait for days before he returned our call. His reply to this inquiry was that, our 30 days were up because it started from the day I made my down payment. This is a lie. The 30 days should start from the day I actually have the car in my possession. This is poor costumer service across the board, I'm disappointed considering its suppose to be the "best Honda dealership", wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

The Whitby Oshawa honda service department is absolutely the worst. I have keep going back to them again and again for brake job that they apparently fixed but they just fix one thing and leave another so i the worst. I have keep going back to them again and again for brake job that they apparently fixed but they just fix one thing and leave another so i end up going there again that could have been fixed the other time i was there. Every time i go back the biggest expense is obviously labour cost and i have told them every time that please look around and if you see anything that needs fixing let me know so I don’t have to come back again every 3 or 4 months for similar issues(all brake related). So if you can find another honda dealership or a good local mechanic then please go there as i have bought 2 cars from them and my experience has just been absolutely horrible. Thanks More
