Be aware of this dealership. I do not understand why the ratings are so high. Went in for a new 2022 Honda which they listed available on their site and also confirmed to be avai I do not understand why the ratings are so high. Went in for a new 2022 Honda which they listed available on their site and also confirmed to be available by the online reception. Worked with Jason Nghiem and he is probably one of the most crooked salesmen I have ever come across. Every time when asked if the 2022 was available, he would say "would you be wiling to pay this price". The "price" he presented was MSRP + 6k worth of fees and unnecessary warranties. If I asked more questions about what the fees covered, he would mention "its a gray area" and elude to his manager to answer my questions. How can you charge 6k worth of fees but do not know exactly what is covered? He then went on to mention, if I do not want to pay the extra 6k worth of fees and unnecessary warranties, I would have to order a 2023. Asked for a better deal because other Honda dealerships were giving additional discounts off MSRP. Just tried to give Whitby-Oshawa a try based on reviews. I asked when the 2023 would be available, and guess what Jason and the "manager" Tony Ghowsi said.. They said they allocate cars based on how good of a "deal" it is to the company. MEANING, if you negotiated to have some $$$ off MSRP or, another deal, you likely will NOT get your car in the foreseeable future. I am assuming most people that go to this dealership are misinformed and the reviews of bogus. There is no way this dealership has high reviews More
