Was a bit nervous doing most of the deal over the phone, but Calvin was prompt and thorough in answering our questions. He listened to our needs and made sure we had everything in order to get the deal done. Drove down, and in less than an hour was driving home in our new (used) van! Couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend both Calvin and Whitby Honda. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was initially disappointed to have nik inform me that there was damage on the car that had not been noticed until that day. After reviewing all my options and going over pricing I made the decision to purchase a brand new 2016 Civic. Since I had to wait for my new car to arrive at the dealership Nik ensured that I had a rental car to use for the week since I live and work in London. I was very appreciative of Nik's honesty in letting me know of the damage to the car I was originally going to be purchasing. He was very helpful in providing me with all solutions around this problem. He was also extremely helpful when figuring out pricing. He figured out a payment plan that made the bi-weekly payments comparable to the payments that I was anticipating for the used car. Despite the problems I came across when purchasing a car, I had a great experience overall. Nik was very accommodating and honest, I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

First new car buyer. This was my very first new car that I had purchased on my own and I was very nervous about the car buying process. I had been to clarington Honda prior and the service was okay however I found the sales lady extremely pushy and pressuring me to make decisions . This was my the case when I went to Whitby Oshawa and got Nik Chinell To help me . He was very good at explaining everything to me , showing me all my options and making sure I was completely comfortable with my decision . I soon walked out with a 2013 Honda Civic , a car I've always wanted and I am still completely happy about it . I will be going back for sure and I will always go back to Nik . mostly a good experience Originally showed up for service. Had an appointment at 10 and my car wasn't in a service bay at 1pm, so I took my car and left. While I was there Originally showed up for service. Had an appointment at 10 and my car wasn't in a service bay at 1pm, so I took my car and left. While I was there I saw a used car and we came to a deal and I purchased it. Generally a good experience except for the actual purchase. Finance advised me to lie on my application because I'm an investor and don't have a 'traditional' job. This cased financing to fail, and I had pull teeth to get my deposit back. That was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, hands down. However, Nik made up for it by going the extra mile. He is the only saving grace for the experience and the only reason the review was not 1 star. Nik - keep up the good work. The rest of you.. pull your socks up. More
