Great customer service The overall customer service was great however the wait of 2 hours to see a business manager to arrange financing was discouraging in the experience. We were hungry and found there were no snacks available as at other Honda dealerships as only coffee/tea were available. One shouldn't have to wait 2 hours as it deflated the elation and experience. Also miscommunication on what was owing during the business financing meeting resulted in me having to come up with $500 more on closing. More

We visited the dealership and met with Peter, who arranged a test drive for us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very pleasant to deal with. The process was not rushed, and when we decided to make an offer we didn't feel pressured in any way - it was professionally handled start to finish. Similarly when it came time to work with the financial services team, extras such as extended warranty were offered and well explained, but there was no hard sell. We did opt for the rustproofing based on the information and price that was given.
