Quick/efficient but undisclosed mandatory add-ons I bought a used car from this dealership and negotiated primarily over the phone. The team is generally efficient and get you on your way, which is ve I bought a used car from this dealership and negotiated primarily over the phone. The team is generally efficient and get you on your way, which is very much appreciated. And they detailed the car well prior to pick up. A couple things to watch out for, and be aware of. There is a mandatory security package (for used vehicles at least) which will be added onto any negotiated price. It's a couple hundred dollar add on that wasn't disclosed over the phone and I only found it out when signing, with no option to remove it. At that point, just include it as a part of the negotiated price? Don't artificially increase the price through mandatory "add ons". Finally, when actually picking up the car they are very pushy about leaving five star Google reviews for the dealership. To the point where the sales person will have you write it on their computer and read over what you wrote. It left a very poor impression at the end of the sale. I understand that it must be used for compensation/bonus systems, but it comes across as a sleazy way of increasing ratings artificially. Didn't effect the actual car buying experience at all, but customer service wise, it was highly uncomfortable. More
