My wife purchased a 2023 CRV Touring Hybrid. Almost 3 months ago. Ordered with towing package and winter mats (almost 2000 dollars extra). Still do not have them when it was supposed to be ready for pickup. No calls to get them installed, and no callbacks. When you have dealt with this dealership for the last 4 or 5 new car purchases and no problems, they REALLY DROPPED THE BALL on this one. Need the owner of Whitby Oshawa Honda to call my wife and tell her why his Team has not delivered on what was agreed to. No compensation or anything has been offered….Hello?
