From start to finish Nick Mohr provided my family and I an enjoyable buying experience. He was friendly, and provided my kids a snack, water and some colouring books. The negotiation process was smooth and at the end of it all we got a great price with some nice bonuses - a remote starter and winter tires. A few days later we picked up the van; Nick went above and beyond and casually told us he threw in some mats! Great, friendly service from the team, especially from Nick Mohr. Whatever question or request I had with the product and services I had, Anita prevailed, and was beyond the expectations I had, the same can be said about Sammie MacCallum and Iftikhar Khaliq, although my dealing with them was much shorter than Anita. On the other hand, Calvin Alon should learn from the previous employees mentioned as he was partially professional, he tried on a few occasions to sneak in my bill of sale extra products I didn't want and didn't ask for without any notice, request or my approval (ILLEGAL). He was too much in the selling mode other than asking me and presenting me properly is useless product for a finance guy. Hung up the phone in my face more than once and even claiming to me that he is a ''hustler'' and that's what he does, almost hard to believe a company as big as Honda doesn't set the record straight with employees like him to, at least, avoid easy lawsuits and receive better customer feedback for assuring more good business in the future. At least he found a good finance plan.It was complicated to have information from him unless I'd call a bunch of times as he doesn't call back much or gives feedback ASAP even after leaving messages (like I should guess his schedule) More
