Each vehicle I have received from this dealership required no follow up. In addition all features were fully explained before we took delivery followed up a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the auto and giving us an opportunity to ask any questions about the service and vehicle functions. Terrible Experience We were told a price over the phone by a sales coordinator and drove 1.5 hours, prepared to purchase the car. We were treated rudely and without a sh We were told a price over the phone by a sales coordinator and drove 1.5 hours, prepared to purchase the car. We were treated rudely and without a shred of respect. So disappointed as we had only the best intentions and were challenged throughout the process once we arrived and never met the person who we had been dealing with over a course of 4 days. When we were given a quote by a new sales representative, the wrong lease rate was used as well as the wrong kilometers which we had just discussed. We were told there was no difference in price for 20,000 to 24,000, which of course was inaccurate. When we asked to speak with the sales coordinator w'ho quoted the price over the phone, we were introduced to Chris O'Connor who was so absolutely dismissive and accused us of fabricating the price. When we insisted, we were told all calls are recorded (despite that there is no notification that any calls are recorded) and the price was not possible, but Chris never confirmed that he actually spoke with the individual who quoted the price to us. We asked to listen to the call but this was categorically denied. When we asked to speak with management, we were told there is no management and that the dealership is only owned by a company, with no recourse for us to speak with anyone. Ultimately, the difference was only $500 but we were treated so awfully that on principle we walked out even through we were prepared to purchase on the spot. Stay far away if you are looking for customer service or really any tact whatsoever. Extremely horrible experience. More
