We came in just looking at maybe buying a new HRV but not really needing a new car (I traded in a 2015 FIT that I LOVED). Dave found us an amazing HRV on the lot that was exactly what we wanted and was a great price. It was a bonus that the car he found was considered used (2018 with only 400 km) on it so we saved quite a bit!! I also got a fair trade-in for my car. I have to say that I am not new to car buying (have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime) and this was hands down the easiest and smoothest buy yet. I highly recommend Whitby-Oshawa Honda if you are looking for a new car!! More

Sold me a damaged vehicle. For the skim readers - THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A CAR WITH A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD, HIDDEN BY THE TINT. I bought a used car from this dealership. For the skim readers - THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A CAR WITH A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD, HIDDEN BY THE TINT. I bought a used car from this dealership. Drove off the lot and immediately noticed a crack in the windshield. Called the dealership, reception told me my salesperson would call me back - he did not. I called back hours later to find out that not only had the salesperson not returned my call, but they went home altogether. At this point I spoke with the sales manager. The manager brushed me off on the phone and insisted he would call me back. I ended up driving to the dealership to speak in person. When I arrived, the manager looked me in the eye and accused and insinuated I was lying. The manager then ended the conversation by turning his back and walking away. What bothers me most is I've since had the crack repaired for a cost of $80, with over a year warranty on the repair. This means that this dealership thinks your loyalty... your future money on repairs... your inevitable money on maintenance... your consideration of future vehicle purchases... but most importantly - your satisfaction as their customer is literally worth less than $100 to them. In closing, if you think by purchasing through a large dealership they'll be better able to help you, and live up to a basic moral code - you're wrong. To this specific dealership you are nothing more than 1 of the 200+ cars they boast to sell monthly. I sincerely hope this helps you in your consideration of purchasing from this dealership.
