Once you buy your car, they don't care anymore Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or call you back after you've left a message. I once called the service department 17 times straight (yes, during business hours), only to get answering machine after answering machine. I left two messages, one on the machine at the service desk and one with the main receptionist to please get someone to call me asap (it was a time sensitive matter) and it took almost two hours (and me calling incessantly) to get someone to answer my one simple question. Will not be taking my car there for servicing anymore. Just the most deplorable customer service. More

New Car Sales This is my second Honda purchase at this dealership. I have dealt with Dave Escolano both times and found him to be courteous, friendly, knowledgeable This is my second Honda purchase at this dealership. I have dealt with Dave Escolano both times and found him to be courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. I was never pressured or rushed to make a purchase. The day I picked up my new car, Dave took considerable time in explaining everything located in the dash and the purpose of all the buttons on the steering wheel. He helped me sync my phone and showed me how the navigation system works. As I had no way to get to the dealership the day of my car pick up, Dave also arranged for the courtesy car driver to pick me up first thing in the morning. The lady (whose name I forget) was on time and very friendly. One mishap - Dave could not find a 2018 manual and the second key. He looked several times while I there. A few hours later, he called me to say he had found these items and would arrange to have them delivered to me. I appreciate that he kept looking until he found them I would definitely recommend Dave to all my friends and family. I have been very happy with the first Honda (2012 CRV) that I purchased at this dealership. In the 45 years that I have been driving, that car was the first non North American car I had purchased and this current purchase will probably not be the last. I would definitely recommend Honda to my friends and family. Once the interior renovations that are currently underway are completed, it looks like this dealership will look fantastic. More
