Terrible service experience Terrible service. They don't understand the concept of an "appointment". I booked online, took time off work, only to show up at the right time and be Terrible service. They don't understand the concept of an "appointment". I booked online, took time off work, only to show up at the right time and be told "we don't have enough time to finish the job." This despite the fact that I stated what work needed to be done and the appointment was accepted. Doesn't anyone check?? They 'did me a favour' and scheduled me at 9 AM Saturday for another "appoinement". I show up ay 8:30 to a line of 15+ cars. I parked my car to go in, only to be told I needed to get back in my car and line up. Again, do you understand the concept of an "appointment" - it's supposed to be reserved time with service people to actually work on my car AT THAT TIME. It's not when everyone just "drops in". Nice people, terrible planning, would not recommend. I would give this review 0 stars if I could. More

Nick Mohr was a patient, kind rep We bought a used Honda Accord from Whitby Oshawa Honda, They have a large selection of used vehicles, some that are not yet listed on autotrader.ca, s We bought a used Honda Accord from Whitby Oshawa Honda, They have a large selection of used vehicles, some that are not yet listed on autotrader.ca, so it's a good idea to visit them to see what's available. That's what we did; my wife & I spent the whole day with Nick (literally, from 9am till 5:30pm!, while our daughter was away for the week-end), test drove some cars (some more than once!), and eventually settled on one and signed the deal on that day. So, when I say that Nick is patient, you now have proof. Nick made buying a used car as enjoyable & comfortable as possible, and, when we buy our next car, which I fully expect to be a used Honda Accord again, I hope to purchase it from Nick again. More

Friendly Professional sales people I first called the dealership and spoke with Jason Nghiem and got all the information i needed over the phone to set up an interview and test drive o I first called the dealership and spoke with Jason Nghiem and got all the information i needed over the phone to set up an interview and test drive of a new Honda Civic SI. After the drive we sat down and hashed out a deal that was satisfactory to both us and the dealership. There was no high pressure tactics and Jason treated us respectfully. After accepting the deal we went to Ashley Longaeur to get all the information on warranties and extra service coverage. Again there was no high pressure sale just information for us to consider and set a time to return to the dealership to take possession of the Honda. On return to take possession the vehicle was ready to go. We sat down with Sammie MacCallum who did all the paperwork on warranty, licensing and then took us to the vehicle and explained all the functions and electronics including setting up our phone on bluetooth. This was one of the smoothest and worry free purchasing of a vehicle i have ever done. What i was told by Jason, Ashley and Sammie, through out the purchased was exactly what happened at every step to the final delivery of the vehicle. Could not be happier with the sales team at this dealership. More

When I had questions and emailed him I got a direct answer or if it was something he needed to show me, I just stopped by the dealership, he came out immediately and showed me what to do. That is good service. More than that, the maintenance staff can pin point certain noises and tell you exactly what is wrong. One of them heard a inconsistent noise on my former vehicle and said "I know that noise". He told me what was wrong when it baffled other mechanics. Nice experience -- love it! More
