Completely changed my view of car salesmen I had gone to several dealerships prior to this one. My experience at Whitby Oshawa Honda was like none of them. I walked in and talked to a nice man named Nick Mohr. As soon as I started talking to him I could tell this dealership was far more professional and friendly than any other I had visited prior. I told him what I wanted and he did not try to push me to buy things i did not want. gave me a very fair price on the car. He said it would be delivered in 48 hours and it was. I was picked up from my house. No bull no delays. I could not be happier! I Highly recommend Nick Mohr! Ashley Longauer was very informative with the warranties I purchased and really made me feel like my car was safe. It is really a great feeling knowing that when I make a purchase like this, it is protected. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was instantly greeted by a nice girl named Sammie. I approached a small group of Honda employees and Jonathan Howes asked if there was anything he could help me with almost immediately. I went on to tell him what i was looking to do. I specified the vehicle i was looking to acquire. Colour, model, accessories. I knew what i was there for and like a true Professional Jonathan facilitated that. He did NOT try to up-sell me on anything. I left my contact info with him. I didn't go back to the dealership until i was ready to sign paper work 3weeks later and not once did I receive a pesky follow up call. Jonathan treated me the way i wanted to be treated and could not possibly ask for better service. He listened to my wants and needs and DELIVERED. I have owned Honda vehicles since 2005 and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere but to Whitby Oshawa Honda to receive top notch SERVICE. More

He was friendly, straightforward and helpful in his suggestions and recommendations. He knew the product and you could tell he enjoyed his job.
