I don't believe Matt even looked at the car when returned from body damage repair to see if done properly. My impression with each interaction was, your bothering me I'm busy. I feel like treatment by Matt in service ruiined any good will gained by the management and sales staff. I have a lot more to say but I think it will be a waist of time. This new customer does not plan on returning. By the way, the worst phone system/service any customer should have to deal with. More

Daniel Oszewski Made Buying My Car A Seamless Experience! It was worth the drive from Niagara Falls To Whitby to get the car that I wanted and now that I've dealt with Daniel Olszewski and Whitby Oshawa Honda It was worth the drive from Niagara Falls To Whitby to get the car that I wanted and now that I've dealt with Daniel Olszewski and Whitby Oshawa Honda, I know that's where I will go every time!!! Daniel dispels all the myths about salesmen putting you in the car they WANT to sell as opposed to the car you WANT to buy! He is truly a consummate professional who takes the time to find out exactly what it is you need and want then does whatever it takes to fit all of that into your budget!!! That is what he did for me and he has a world of patience. We drove to Whitby from Niagara Falls, through a torrential downpour and got in late. The dealership closed while we were there but Daniel didn't say a word, he spent as much time as was required and Chris O'connor (Sales Manager) took time to come and chat with us as well. Daniel and Chris were so pleasant and genuine; both were anxious to ensure that the purchase I made was exactly what I wanted, met my wants, needs and budget! I have never experienced such first-rate customer service when purchasing a vehicle. In total I made three visits to Whitby Oshawa Honda and picked up my vehicle on a busy Saturday; even then, Daniel spent the required time to ensure I understood exactly how all the features worked before beginning my journey back to Niagara. I am overwhelmed with how well I was treated and the Customer Service I received. Thank you Daniel for not only meeting but exceeding our expectations in delivering Sensational Service!!! More

Serious problem not disclosed Bought a 2018 CRV in early 2018 and found out afterwards that the engines in the 2017/18 and 19's have a serious problem where some gas works its way Bought a 2018 CRV in early 2018 and found out afterwards that the engines in the 2017/18 and 19's have a serious problem where some gas works its way down into the oil pan and mixes with the crankcase oil. If they would have let me know about this problem up front I NEVER would have bought the vehicle. I kept if for a few months and traded it in for a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Also, they work really hard at trying to sell extended warranty which I never buy. This isn't particularly different than other car dealers but it is a complete waste of time for those who have no interest in buying it and are required to sit through this part of the process. But all 3 vehicles I test drove were filthy, not the appearance people would get excited about. One of the vehicles actually had a plug repair in the sidewall of the tire... The salesmen aren't very quick to share information about a vehicle, When discussing what i was looking for in a vehicle, I clearly mentioned i needed it for towing a small trailer, you would think they might mention something like this vehicle isn't recommended for towing... But maybe they just wait until after its sold to mention it, so you'll have to upgrade. More

Even 1 week after the delivery of my new vehicle he reached out to me to provide any support required to ensure I was taking full advantage of all the great features of this outstanding vehicle. I would highly recommend Dano if you are considering a new Honda vehicle. Trevor who is part of the Honda management team was extremely attentive to all of my inquiries and in my mind was the difference maker in making my decision to purchase a new 2019 Honda CRV EXL an easy decision.
