Our new 2018 Honda Accord Sport We have been loyal Honda owners since a 1969 Honda Civic (Honda-matic as it was called in the day). From an Accord standpoint we have owned 5 accords We have been loyal Honda owners since a 1969 Honda Civic (Honda-matic as it was called in the day). From an Accord standpoint we have owned 5 accords including our new member of the family, that we jokingly refer to as "Finn". From the moment we received our call from Jocelyn who we had previously worked with on our 2016 Accord Sport sedan to signing the papers and picking up the car, we had a blast. Honda West is like the family away from home. This is the way a dealership should be. We were extremely pleased with Jocelyn and Joubert and all their help in making this happen. Jocelyn took the time to explain every little feature in the new Accord which was great and believe me, there are lots of features new to this car. Joubert explained the warranties and protection packages and the purchase of the vehicle literally seemed effortless. Hats off to everyone at Honda West. Their Customer Service is out of this world. Keep up the good work. From an Accord standpoint this is the best model ever and don't let that little 1.5 l Vtec Turbo charged engine fool you, there is plenty of power. The get up and go, took off like a rocket. Great job Honda once again. More

Honda West review Honda West is a well organized dealership, both the sales and service departments. The sales persons did not attempt to up sell me (I purchased a base Honda West is a well organized dealership, both the sales and service departments. The sales persons did not attempt to up sell me (I purchased a base model Odyssey). They did not keep me waiting and quickly determined a value for my trade in and a price for the new unit both of which I thought were reasonable. Unfortunately my Odyssey had a bad battery and I had to return to the dealership after a couple of days for a new one. This process went quickly and efficiently and this gave me confidence that Honda West would deal with any future warranty issues, which I hope I do not have. The Odyssey itself handles very well and the engine is peppy and powerful, it is the nicest van I have owned yet. More
